What Are the Worship Services Like at Regency Christian Worship Center?
  • We minister to the Lord in worship. Each service begins with joyous songs of praise, prayer and worship.
  • We minister to people. We pray for the sick, comfort the hurting and sorrowful, encourage the weak and the weary, and reach out in love to those who need a friend.
  • We minister the Word of God. The proclamation of the Gospel comes after individuals have opened their hearts to God and turned from themselves to others. Only then are they truly ready to hear and benefit fully from the Word of God.
  • We lift in hands in praise and adoration to the Lord as we worship.
Lift up your hands in the sanctuary and praise the LORD (Psalms 134:2).
I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing (I Timothy 2:8).
  • We anoint with oil and pray for the sick.
Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up (James 5:14-15).

They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.(Mark 16:18)

What is the Confession Over the Bible That Pastor Elliott Makes Before He Ministers?
Pastor Elliott has a deep conviction about the relevance of the Bible to everyday life. Before he ministers, he asks the congregation to reaffirm their commitment to the Bible through the following confession:

This is my Bible.
It is the infallible Word of God.
I am what it says I am.
I can have what it says I can have.
I will become all that it declares me to be.
I’m about to receive an impartation of its life-giving.
Life-changing, eternal truth.
Holy Spirit teach me today something that will change my life.
I don’t ever want to be the same again in Jesus name.
